We, the owners of Geaux South Catering, are Gabriel and Jillian. We both attended and graduated culinary school, and have been working in kitchens for the past six years. Both of us have done culinary internships including; Eaton's Ranch, Walt Disney World and The Masters Tournament. After learning so much from kitchens, school and internships we had a passion and hunger for something more. Our own business, Geaux South Catering.
